  Gordon is an artist and craftsman. He takes great pride in his work and his finished product is top of the line. We are thoroughly impressed with his commitment to us and the and to the quality of the staircase he was replacing in our home. He is deliberate and meticulous with his work, and his attention to detail is exemplary. He went far beyond anything we had imagined with the job and we are completely and utterly satisfied with the experience of working with him. He took great pains to do the job to his exacting standards and, in addition to providing us a beautiful new staircase, he did an amazing job of keeping the house clean and dust-free as he worked. He paid accute attention to the smallest details as well as the larger more visible ones, and the result is an outstanding, high-quality staircase. Like I said: he's an artist and true craftsman, not simply a handyman who thinks he can install stairs.
  We had hoped for a basic upgrade of our aging, ugly and noisy staircase, but Gordon used the opportunity to upgrade the aesthetics of our entire home with the quality of his work. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for beautifully crafted and expertly installed stairs.
